La procura di Firenze ha dato parere negativo sulla richiesta di revoca degli arresti domiciliari per Tiziano Renzi e Laura Bovoli, avanzata dal loro legale Federico Bagattini, dopo l'interrogatorio di garanzia che si è tenuto ieri davanti al gip Angela Fantechi.

 

Secondo quanto apprende l'Ansa, la procura, pur avendo tempo fino a domani per esprimersi, ha già depositato il parere nella tarda mattinata di oggi. Ora il gip può decidere sull'istanza di revoca entro cinque giorni.
